Alla Spale is one of the most respected and recognized experts in Constitutional Law and Constitutional Court proceedings in Latvia. Prior to joining the team of the law firm “Šķiņķis Pētersons”, Alla has been the head of the Legal Department of the Constitutional Court of Latvia for several years, organising its work and providing support for the performance of the functions of the Constitutional Court. Alla has previously worked as an assistant to Constitutional Court Judges A. Endziņš and G.Kūtris. Has been a constitutional law lecturer in Latvian universities and has participated as an expert in many international research studies and projects. Alla is a LTMC lecturer and leads classes and lectures for judges and judge candidates on the Constitutional Court proceedings.  She has also received a Grade III honorary sign of the Justice System. Alla's invaluable experience and knowledge ensure that, with Alla's advice, the law firm’s lawyers provide clients with assistance of the highest possible quality during Constitutional Court proceedings.
